The 19th century farmhouse is set 50 meters from the lake shore and is surrounded by a large private garden, with lawns and pine trees. The property has been completely restored and divided into two independent apartments with separate entrances. The bigger apartment, 'Gianna', can accommodate 6 people. The apartment is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room with an open fireplace, well- equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin sharing a full bathroom with shower. A washing machine is provided. Outside there is a big patio with garden furniture, where everyone eats in the summer, and a lawn with a pizza oven and a barbecue.
