Cookery lessons
Cookery lessons in the relaxing surroundings of Lake Bolsena.
Five days full immersion course from morning until early afternoon to discover how to prepare and enjoy real Neapolitan pizza and the best- known dishes of Latium, Tuscany and Umbria. The lessons will be given to small groups by qualified chefs, experienced at national and international level and in teaching in Hotel Management School.
You will be able to enjoy the food you have yourself prepared in our well- equipped and characteristic premises which are at your complete disposal. After the lessons you may relax on the beach or take advantage of the very many excursions that the beautiful countryside around the lake offers.
